Matt knew that other companies could also benefit from Assessment Center methodologies.   He worked with his partners to develop a process to reduce deployment hurdles, such as cost restrictions.    He and his partners developed a patent-pending process to integrate technology into the Assessment Center methodology.  This process is more cost effective than classical Assessment Center methodologies.

Matt is a graduate of Syracuse University (BS & MBA) and is a national member of SHRM.  While at Syracuse University pursuing his MBA, Matt's team entered the acclaimed Panasci Business Plan Competition boasting a second-place finish presenting the DYNDEC business plan.
